LISA YANG offers a 14-day return period from the date of delivery for all unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging. We strive to make your return process as seamless as the feel of our signature cashmere.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original protective bags and shipping box, ensuring all designer tags remain attached to the garments.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided in your portal request to the outside of the package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
